Duke Zalto is a fire giant who was in charge at Ironslag alongside his wife, Brimskarda. He has a maul with a cage on the end of it, in which he likes to keep a dwarf prisoner.
The Wafflecrew first fought Duke Zalto in the foundry of Ironslag. They freed the prisoner in his maul, the dwarf Jasper, and ran, but he caught up to them.[1] After a few battles,, Strix ultimately polymorphed Duke Zalto into a chicken during a skirmish outside of Ironslag.[2]
