Talastin Daragon is a blind drow priestess of Lathander. She claims that she became a follower when she emerged from the Underdark and first saw the sun. She says that Lathander allowed her to become a follower in exchange for her sight. She arrived in Waterdeep to take over the Spires of the Morning, the church of Lathander there.[1] Some time later, she gave Diath a crystal diadem that he used to pay for the re-making of Lightfall.[2]
