The Dead-Eyed Drunk

The Dead-Eyed Drunk is a dilapidated tavern in the Shadowfell. Paultin stayed there for a time with the shadar kai. The tavern was protected by twig glyphs that allowed only evil people inside. Strix burned down the entire tavern with four fireball spells.
